I really wanted to love this cookbook due to its great content, but the print quality let me down. The images are not as vibrant as I expected, and a few pages arrived slightly wrinkled. I hope they improve this in future editions because the recipes themselves are fantastic!

This book is packed with amazing recipes from Italy's best home cooks. I appreciate the focus on traditional methods, but some recipes can be a bit intricate for a busy weeknight. Still, it’s perfect for weekend cooking when I have more time to dedicate!
