Diese Effekte knnen fr Patienten Bedeutung haben oder auch nicht. Darber hinaus kann das Ausma des Nutzens oder des Risikos von Patienten individuell unterschiedlich eingeschtzt werden. Beispielsweise knnen Menschen, die eine Erkrankung oder Verletzung (erlebt) haben, und diejenigen, die dies nicht persnlich erlebt haben, Nutzen und Risiken unterschiedlich empfinden und bewerten. Viele Studien messen Surrogate als vermutete Indikatoren fr ein patientenrelevantes Ergebnis. Im Fokus dieser Arbeit stehen die Patienten mit ihren Kontaktpunkten in unserem Gesundheitssystem. Zu Beginn dieser Arbeit erfolgt eine kurze Klrung dessen, was Evaluation ist. Anschlieend wird der Nutzen von Patientenbefragungen ausfhrlich diskutiert, bevor im nchsten Teil der Arbeit die Patientenzufriedenheit dargestellt wird. Zum Ausklang dieser Arbeit wird ein praktisches Beispiel aus der patientenzentrierten Evaluation vorgestellt. Resmierend werden meine Ausfhrungen in einem Schlusswort reflektiert.
