Mehr oder minder ausdrcklich werden pdagogische Felder als Ob jekt und als Medium des 'Umbruchs' behandelt. An die systematische Bil dung und Erziehung werden in besonderer Art ideologische und inhaltliche Umorientierungen herangetragen: Zum einen mu eine DDRPdagogik in eine BRDPdagogik transformiert werden, und zum anderen bekommt diese neue BRDPdagogik die Aufgabe, Umbruchprozesse in anderen ge sellschaftlichen Bereichen (im Bereich der Arbeit, der Freizeit und des So zialen) zu befrdern und zu untersttzen. Und tatschlich setzt nach 1990 in den neuen Bundeslndern ein rasanter Proze der gesellschaftlichen Vernderung ein, dessen Ausma gewohnte Vorstellungen sozialer Dynamik bei weitem bertrifft. In krzester Zeit n dern sich die politischen, rechtlichen und wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedin gungen. Rechtliche Grundlagen, Organisationen und institutionelle Struktu ren werden ausgetauscht.
