Employees engagement enhances the organizational effectiveness. Hence, organization seeks ways to create working conditions that have sufficient motivating and energizing human resources. Performance Management Systems (PMSs) is widely used to enhance the organizational effectiveness. A number of researchers have identified performance evaluation methods (PEMs) as the core of PMSs.
