Im Fokus dieses Buches steht die Entwicklung eines personaldiagnostischen Auswahlkonzeptes fr die EUREGIO. Zunchst wird theoretisch erlutert, dass die Personaldiagnostik versucht Zusammenhnge zwischen menschlichen Merkmalen und beruflichem Erfolg zu erkennen und Untersuchungsmethoden zu entwickeln, um beides zu messen und zueinander in Beziehung zu setzen. Auch werden die kritischen Standpunkte der Wissenschaft kurz skizziert sowie die Bedeutung von Personalentscheidungen und damit die Relevanz der Implementierung eines wissenschaftlich fundierten Verfahrens in Unternehmen anschaulich gezeigt. Im Anschluss werden unterschiedliche eignungsdiagnostische Untersuchungsmethoden mit ihrer jeweiligen Anwendungshufigkeit bezogen auf Deutschland und die Niederlande dargestellt.
