This study used the data of five wells in north Amer area in the Gulf of Suez to determine the subsurface lithology and hydrocarbon bearing formations , and ended up with an estimation of the subsurface structure in the area by using the background geology and the petrophysical data of the area under study, taking in consideration the missing of seismic data.This project was presented in the SEG Forum for development & production 2009 reservoir characterization & monitoring in carbonates Manama Bahrain.We got the first rank in geophysics department, Faculty of Science, Cairo University and the second rank in the Faculty of science, Cairo University and we got Schlumberger Award for the Graduation projects for This project.
