About the Author Marc Loth studierte gyptologie, Sudanarchologie sowie Ur und Frhgeschichte an der HumboldtUniversitt zu Berlin und promoviert derzeit dort am Lehrbereich gyptologie und Archologie Nordostafrikas. Er arbeitet zudem als Freier Mitarbeiter bei den Staatlichen Museen zu Berlin, gyptisches Museum und Papyrussammlung. Seine wissenschaftlichen Forschungsschwerpunkte sind die gyptische Sptzeit sowie die Rezeption Altgyptens.
