I really enjoyed this book! Algis Uždavinys does a fantastic job of connecting ancient Egyptian philosophy to Neoplatonism. It’s thick reading but totally worth it if you're into philosophy. Just be prepared to take your time with it!

If you have a love for philosophy, this is a gem! Uždavinys explores complex ideas with clarity. I appreciated the depth he goes into, especially regarding ancient Egyptian thought. Highly recommend for serious students of philosophy!

Interesting But Very Dense
This book has some intriguing concepts, but I found it a bit hard to follow in places. The link between ancient Egypt and Neoplatonism is fascinating, but the writing style can be quite dense. Still worth a read if you're passionate about the subject!

The content is interesting and thought-provoking, but the book arrived with a dent in the cover, which was disappointing. The way the text is presented could be more engaging. I expected a bit more for the price.
