Sie werden von der neueren Sprachforschung unter dem Oberbegriff Phraseologismen zusammengefasst. Um diese jederzeit korrekt zu verwenden und zu interpretieren sind eine Reihe Zusatzinformationen innerhalb der Wrterbcher ntig, etwa um einen hinreichenden Differenzierungsgrad zu erreichen oder auch um unterschiedliche phraseologische Formen dem Wrterbuchbenutzer verstndlich zu machen. In der Vergangenheit wurden von der Sprachwissenschaft aber gerade hinsichtlich der lexikographischen Behandlung von Phraseologismen Defizite beklagt insbesondere uneinheitliche und unvollstndige Klassifizierung und Darstellung, sowie Mngel bei den Bedeutungserklrungen und Paraphrasierungen. Forderungen nach Vereinheitlichung der Terminologie, nach systematischerem Aufbau der Wrterbucheintrge und Auswahl geeigneterer Beispiele sind daher genauer zu untersuchen. Im vorliegenden Band wird einerseits mittels Analyse phraseologischer Klassifikationskriterien, sowie der Sichtung und dem Vergleich einzelner Wrterbcher jenen Kritikpunkten nachgegangen. Zum anderen werden berlegungen zur Standardisierung der Phraseographie in einsprachigen deutschen Universalwrterbchern sowie phraseologischen Spezialwrterbchern angestellt.
