I was excited to get this anthology, but when it arrived, the print quality was not what I expected. Some pages had smudging, and it made it hard to read. The green cover is appealing, but a book is only as good as its print quality. Sadly, I can’t recommend it. 2 stars.

Beautiful but Missing Some Context
The poetry collection itself is great, but I wish there were more background on the poets included. The Elephant 2 model is sleek and the green finish is nice, but I feel like it could have had a little more depth in the commentary for each poet. Still a good read!

I bought the Elephant 2 edition of the Anthology of World Poetry for my sister, and she absolutely loves it! The green cover is vibrant and really stands out on her bookshelf. The selection of 20th-century poetry is fantastic, and it's been a great conversation starter at our family gatherings!
