In diesem Band wird die Analyse der Taktzeitelemente und Manahmen zur Optimierung der Stationstaktzeit in der flexiblen Montage beschrieben. Ausgehend von einem Pflichtenheft wird das Konzept eines rechnergesttzten Planungssystems zur Festlegung taktzeitoptimierter flexibler Montagestationen erstellt. Zur Festlegung von Berechnungsvorschriften fr Taktzeitelemente wurden Grundlagenuntersuchungen durchgefhrt. Die Anwendung der entwickelten Berechnungsvorschriften fhrt zu einer Berechnungsgenauigkeit der Taktzeit einer flexiblen Montagestation von durchschnittlich 7,5 %. Weiterhin wurden Methoden zur im Planungsproze integrierten Stationstaktzeitberechnung und Optimierung entwickelt. Abschlieend wird die Umsetzung der Erkenntnisse im Planungssystem PRISMA und der Einsatz des Systems an einem praktischen Planungsbeispiel aufgezeigt.
