Zusammenfassung: Ziel der Arbeit ist die Planung und Konzeption eines Geschftsmodells fr ITDienstleistungen. Das Geschftsmodell soll eine Grundlage fr das Unternehmen bilden, die Erfolgsaussichten der neuen ITDienstleistung am Markt sowie die Vorteilhaftigkeit fr das Unternehmen zu ermitteln. Hierzu wird ein Konzeptions und Methodenrahmen entwickelt. Im Gegensatz zur gngigen Literatur beschftigt sich diese Arbeit mit der Entstehung einer neuen ITDienstleistung und nicht mit der Neugrndung eines ITDienstleistungsunternehmens. Zu Beginn der Arbeit werden die Besonderheiten von ITDienstleistungen in Abgrenzung zum Globalbegriff der Dienstleistung herausgestellt. Hierauf aufbauend werden die Anforderungen, die ein ITDienstleistungsprodukt an das Geschftsmodell stellt, ermittelt. Vor der eigentlichen Planung des Geschftsmodells fr ITDienstleistungen erfolgt eine Analyse der Grundlagen und Elemente von Geschftsmodellen. Hierzu werden Geschftsmodelle ausgewhlter Autoren herangezogen. Die Evaluation und Bewertung der Geschftsmodellelemente bildet die Basis fr das zu entwickelnde Geschftsmodell. Diese Elemente werden bernommen, erweitert, durch neue Elemente ergnzt und zu einem ITDienstleistungsgeschftsmodell aggregiert. Das ITDienstleistungsgeschftsmodell betrachtet die Partialmodelle Produktmission, Marktmodell, Architekturmodell und Kapitalmodell. In diesen Partialmodellen werden komprimiert die relevanten Aspekte verschiedener betriebswirtschaftlicher Teildisziplinen abgebildet. Die betriebswirtschaftlichen Methoden werden durch Beispiele illustriert.
