A bit repetitive, but useful overall
I appreciate the depth this book goes into about medicine ball exercises. However, some sections felt a bit repetitive, which made it less engaging. Still, I learned new techniques that I can use in my workouts. Worth it for the price!

Great for building core strength!
I've been using this 2nd edition medicine ball for my plyometric workouts, and it’s made a huge difference! The exercises are clearly described, and I've noticed my core getting stronger. Definitely recommend for anyone serious about fitness!

Helpful but could use more examples
The book has solid information on plyometric exercises with the medicine ball, but I wish there were more visual examples. Sometimes I find myself confused about the proper technique. Still, it’s a decent resource for beginners!

Came damaged, but great content
I was excited to receive the book, but it arrived with a few pages bent. The content is really good and informative, but I was disappointed with the delivery condition. I still plan to use it, though!
