The elevation profile is broken into tenmile segments, showing the trail's elevation in feet. Water sources, landmarks, roads and trails are indicated above the elevation profile line. Additional important town information is also provided. The mileages are compatible with Halfmile maps and the Guthook's Pacific Crest Trail Guide app (iPhone & Android). The book is lightweight (4.9 ounces), compact (5 by 8 inches) and just over a quarter inch thick.
