Politik und dkonomie: autonome Handlungsmoglichkeiten des politischen Systems Das Kongre thema 'Politik und Okonomieautonome Handlungsmoglichkeiten des pOlitischen Systems', das selbstverstandlich mit einem Fragezeichen zu versehen ist, hatte eine dreifache Aufgabe: es sollte erstens dem Kongre eine moglichst systematische Struktur geben, ihn davon abhalten, in vielerlei Referate zu allerlei Themen zu zerfallen; es sollte zweitens die Konzentration und Strukturierung mit Hilfe eines, wenn nicht des Zentralthemas von Wissenschaft und Politik leisten (und besteht dieses Zentralthema etwa nicht in der Frage nach der aktiven Steuerungsfahigkeit und der Funktion der tatsachlichen Steuerung des Staates; und Ja t sich diese Frage anders behandeln als durch die historischsystematische Analyse der Art des Zusammenhangs und der Form der Wechselwirkung von Okonomie und Politik, urn einmal die konventionellen Bereichseinteilungen zu tibernehmen? ); es sollte drittens der Offentlichkeit die Politikwissenschaftler prasentieren nicht als quicke Problemloser, wohl aber als eine Gruppe, die in all ihrer Hetero genitat und unterschiedlichen Qualitat doch erhebliche, auch vermittelt praktisch relevante Beitrage zur Analyse brennender Probleme zu bieten vermag. Bei soleh ehrgeizigem Vorhaben ist es kaum verwunderlich, da die Ziele nicht (ganz) erreicht wurden. Inwieweit diese Ziele erreicht bzw. verfehlt wurden, do kumentieren zu einem Teil die nachfolgend abgedruckten Beitrage einer Reihe von Kongre teilnehmern. Diese Beitrage umfassen allerdings nur einen Teil der Arbeits gruppen des Kongresses und nur einen Teil der Referate, die in den thematisch ein schlagigen Arbeitsgruppen eingebracht und diskutiert wurden.
