Der zweite Teil versammelt Analysen zum Fderalismus, zum Systemwandel und zur deutschen Einheit. Im dritten Teil werden Regeln hflichen Sprechens und das Verhltnis von Politik und Sprache in verschiedenen Kontexten behandelt, so auch Treppenhuser als Orte absichtsvoller Selbstdarstellung. Dr. Gisela Riescher ist Privatdozentin fr Politikwissenschaft und Lehrstuhlvertreterin an der Universitt Freiburg. Dr. Arno Waschkuhn ist Professor fr Politikwissenschaft und Direktor des Instituts fr Politikwissenschaft an der Pdagogischen Hochschule Erfurt.
