Dies kann iiber den Aufbau eines zunachst rein beschreibenden Mo dells der wesentlichsten Handlungsebenen und prozesse sozialer Wirklichkeit geleistet werden. Der amerikanische Soziologe T. Parsons nimmt eine Dreigliederung sozialer Wirklichkeit vor und unterteilt sie in das personale, das soziale und das kulturelle System(1). Unter System versteht er dabei die Herausbildung fester Beziehungsmuster innerhalb der zahl reichen Erscheinungsformen des gesellschaftlichen Lebens(2). Dem personalen System entspricht die individuelle Zusammenset zung von Bediirfnissen und Handlungsmotiven. 1m Riickgriff auf die Freudsche Psychoanalyse (siehe hierzu den Anfang von Kap. 2. 3. ) nimmt Parsons das Streben nach Befriedigung als zwingendes Er fordernis dieses Systems an(3).
