En un recorrido histrico desde los inicios de la colonizacin espaola en la isla hasta nuestros das, fueron sometidas a travs del prisma de las caractersticas de las Polticas Pblicas o Polticas de Estado, especficamente, el periodo comprendido entre 1992 al 2008, para establecer si la poltica exterior dominicana hacia la Repblica de Hait, se corresponda con los criterios de una Poltica de Estado.
