Als katholische Grundschule ist sie eine Bekenntnisschule, in der die Kinder nach den Grundstzen des christlichen Glaubens unterrichtet werden. Das als lndlich zu bezeichnende Einzugsgebiet umfasst die Stadtteile xxx und xxx. Eltern aus anderen Stadtteilen knnen ihr Kind auf Antrag an der xxxSchule anmelden. Zurzeit besuchen ca. 400 Kinder diese Grundschule. Der Anteil von Mdchen und Jungen ist in etwa ausgeglichen. Die durchschnittliche Klassenstrke liegt bei 25 Kindern. Nach zwei Schuljahren wechselt fr gewhnlich die Klassenlehrerin oder der Klassenlehrer. Die Schulleiterin ist Klassenlehrerin eines 4. Schuljahres. Die restlichen 14 Jahrgangsklassen werden von dreizehn Lehrerinnen und einem Lehrer gefhrt. Auerdem untersttzt eine Sozialpdagogin die Lehrkrfte in den Schuleingangsklassen, und eine Lehrkraft der Frderschule mit dem Schwerpunkt Lernen erteilt fnf Stunden im Rahmen des Gemeinsamen Unterrichts. Hinzu kommen noch zwei Referendarinnen, ein Hausmeister und eine Sekretrin, die an der Schule ttig sind. Bezogen auf das Alter ist das Kollegium sehr gemischt zusammengesetzt. [...] Jede Klasse hat gem Lehrplan fnf Einzelstunden Mathematik pro Woche. Hinzu kommen Frderstunden. In allen Schuljahren werden die Arbeitsbcher und hefte Welt der Zahl' vom Schroedel Verlag genutzt.
