This thesis examines the effects of preferential trade agreements (PTAs) on developing country use of antidumping (AD). The study applies the methodology used in Prusa and Tehs (2010) Protection Reduction and Diversion: Preferential Trade Agreements and the Incidence of Antidumping Disputes and extends it to include data from 20032010 and to focus on Latin American countries. I use data from the World Bank Temporary Trade Barriers Database.
