I bought this book for my son who's just starting karate, and it's been super helpful. The Dillman method is explained really well, so he can grasp the concepts easily. Just wish it had more illustrations!

Informative but lacks depth
I found the book informative, especially for beginners. The pressure point methods are practical, but I was hoping for more advanced techniques too. It's a good starting point, just not enough for seasoned practitioners.

Good guide for beginners
This guide offers a solid foundation for using pressure points in karate. I appreciate how it breaks down techniques for young adults. However, some sections felt a bit repetitive. Overall, it's a decent read!
