This book observations have thrown light on different aspects related to Corporate democracy and prevention of oppression and mismanagement in a company. Keeping in the view the Legoeconomic nature of problem, the scope of this work is so wide that it touches the whole world economy, the corporate sector and oppression and mismanagement.
