Aufgrund der zunehmenden Anzahl von jngeren Patienten mit Arthroseund Gelenkverschlei gewinnen unzementierte Hftendoprothesen gegenberzementiereten Varianten zunehmend an Bedeutung. Bei gengender primrer Verankerung im Knochen besitzen sie das Potential fr eine den zementierten Varianten berlegene Langzeitstabilitt und ermglichen eine schonendere Revisionsoperation. Dennoch zeigen Verlaufstudien der letzten 10 Jahre eine erhhte Revisionsrate von 25% gegenber 10% bei zementierten Prothesen. In dieser Arbeit werden Faktoren fr eine erfolgreiche primre Verankerung unzementierter Hftprothesen identifiziert und analysiert, der Einfluss der Implantation und die damit verbundene Knochenbelastung untersucht und neue alternative Verfahren der Implantation vorgeschlagen.
