I found the Principles of Personal Defense to be insightful, though some examples felt a bit outdated. Still, it offers solid foundational knowledge that every person should consider for their safety. Worth a read if you can overlook some old references.

Not what I expected
I was kinda let down by Principles of Personal Defense. I thought it would have more actionable tactics but it felt more like a philosophy on self-defense. A good read, but I hoped for something more hands-on.
