Le logiciel ESOPE Pdiatrique, dvelopp et mis en place par ESTHER, a t mis en exprimentation dans le service de Pdiatrie de lhpital Gabriel TOURE de Bamako. Les donnes du dossier mdical ont t saisies sur le logiciel ESOPE Pdiatrique qui a permis priodiquement ldition de rapport dactivit et de cohorte ( 6 mois, 1an, 2 ans). Au total 666 enfants ont eu un suivi rgulier. Plus de la moiti tait orphelin dau moins 1 parent. 66,6% prsentait un stade clinique 3 ou 4 linclusion et le schma le plus prescrit tait AZT/3TC/NVP (54,4%) suivi de D4T/3TC/NVP (15,2%) ; le taux mdian de CD4 tait de 408 et 6,3% des charges virales taient indtectables (CV
