Zunchst wird der Repositionierungsbedarf im Firmenkundengeschft herausgearbeitet. Die hufig nicht risikoadjustierten Wertbeitrge lassen eine Erweiterung des Leistungsspektrums hin zu Mehrwertprodukten und ganzheitlichen Problemlsungen notwendig erscheinen. Im Weiteren werden die grundstzlichen Gestaltungsmglichkeiten und Rahmenbedingungen fr ein Geschftsfeld Private Equity systematisiert. Darauf aufbauend wird empirisch untersucht, wie regionale Kreditinstitute die Potenziale und Umsetzungsmglichkeiten fr ein solches Geschftsfeld beurteilen. Die Analyseergebnisse liefern unmittelbar verwertbare Hinweise und Anregungen, die den Spezifika der verschiedenen Banksektoren und Grenklassen Rechnung tragen.
