Dieser Prozess bietet neue Chancen fr die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung, birgt aber andererseits eine Gefahr in sich, falls der Wandel ungleichmig verlaufen sollte. Um ein Gleichgewicht herzustellen zwischen, auf einer Seite Auflsung, Umstrukturierung oder Umwandlung alter Unternehmen und auf der anderen Seite, Entstehung neuer Unternehmen, ist eine vernnftige Finanzierung notwendig. Nach der Liberalisierung des Finanzmarktes und der Auflsung der Deutschland AG, bieten sich dafr diverse Finanzierungsalternativen. Der neuen Wachstumstheorie und Informationskonomie folgend, beeinflussen die Finanzmrkte gesamtwirtschaftliches Wachstum. Von dieser These ausgehend, wird einerseits der Einfluss auf die Effizienz und Stabilitt der Finanzmrkte untersucht, andererseits, entsprechend der oben erwhnten Theorien, die konkrete Auswirkung auf die volkswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen sowohl aus mikrokonomischer, als auch aus makrokonomischer Sicht. Im ersten Teil werden Institute Private Equity und Venture Capital voneinander abgegrenzt. In diesem Zusammenhang werden auch die Finanzierungsphasen der Unternehmen erklrt. Es wird die Besonderheit der Wertschpfung beleuchtet. Im zweiten Teil wird auf die Dynamik der internationalen Finanzmrkte hingewiesen. Dazu werden die Einflussfaktoren dieser Dynamik ermittelt. Es wird weiterhin die Kapitalmarktstruktur in Deutschland analysiert. Zudem werden die Finanzmarktfunktionen definiert.
