About the Author Harald Grundner managt seit 1978 Projekte und untersttzt Unternehmen im Bereich Entwicklung und Optimierung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen. Dabei baut er auf sein Studium an der TU Wien, nutzt seine praktische Erfahrung als selbstndiger Konstrukteur, Projektleiter im Triebwerksbau und sein Beratungswissen aus Projekten bsph. in der Luftfahrt, der Medizintechnik, im Maschinen und Anlagenbau und im Dienstleistungsbereich. Neben seiner Ttigkeit als Projektleiter vermittelt er Wissen und Erfahrungen in Trainings und Seminaren. Wissen und Erfahrung hat er auch in Richtlinien zu Projektmanagement und Wertanalyse des Vereins Deutscher Ingenieure VDI eingebracht. Seit 1988 ist er Wertanalyse Lehrer /Trainer in Value Management, seit 2000 Trainer in Projektmanagement.
