Ansonsten knnten groe Probleme bei die Verlagerung auftreten. Bedingungen die Unternehmen beachten sollten, sind kulturelle Mentalitt des Landes, wirtschaftliche und steuerliche Situationen, Besonderheiten der Arbeitskrfte, gesetzliche Vorschriften, Handelsabkommen. Im Zentrum unserer Ausarbeitung stehen sozialen und steuerrechtliche Aspekte, sowie Grundlagen des Wettbewerbsrechtes. Diese werden im direkten Bezug auf eine Produktionsverlagerung nach Asien behandelt. Der Leser wird an die Thematik der Produktionsverlagerung herangefhrt. Ebenfalls werden wir zeigen, dass eine Verlagerung von langer Hand geplant sein sollte und es vielleicht komplizierter ist als es im ersten Moment scheint.
