El dibujo es una destreza presente en los individuos desde temprana edad, as como los temores forman parte esencial del ser humano, solo que este ltimo se caracteriza por ser negativo o desventajoso. El presente trabajo permiti conocer los efectos de un Programa de Intervencin dirigido a modificar la conducta de miedo en nios en edad preescolar. Se plante un diseo cuasiexperimental, con tres fases: PreIntervencin, Intervencin y PostIntervencin. La fase de Intervencin fue Didctico/Pedaggica, en la cual se trabaj con algunos nios la superacin de miedos detectados. El programa se desarrollo a travs de la participacin en juegos, narracin de cuento, obra de teatro, presentacin de payaso, tteres y humor. Entre los principales hallazgos predominaron como objetos comunes de miedo: la oscuridad, monstruos, fantasma, brujas y carabelas (momias, esqueletos).
