Ziel der Arbeit ist die Bereitstellung eines Controllinginstruments, das die Vision, Ziele und Kennzahlen eines Immobilienentwicklungsprojektes darstellt, das die Zielerreichung des Projekts misst, neben den sonst blichen vergangenheitsorientierten Zielen und Kennzahlen auch andere qualitative Kriterien integriert und so die Informationsversorgung der Projektleitung verbessert, sowie Entscheidungen auf ein breites Informationsfundament stellt. Mit der Scorecard PE fr Broimmobilien wird ein Instrument vorgestellt, das diese Vorgaben erfllt. Sie stellt einen Beitrag zu hherer Professionalitt und Transparenz in der Immobilienwirtschaft dar und hilft als Controllinginstrument, den komplexen Realisierungsprozess der Projektentwicklung zu managen.
