Este proyecto hace referencia a la evaluacin del docente de secundaria, basado en el enfoque por competencias en educacin. Por lo que se propone un instrumento de evaluacin de la docencia en el contexto de educacin bsica en el nivel secundaria, que est adoptando el modelo de las competencias. Es importante garantizar la calidad de la enseanza, actualmente existe una corriente educativa basada en competencias, ya que no basta con que los alumnos obtengan un ttulo sino que es necesario ofrecer calidad profesional tal y como se menciona en la lectura Diseo Curricular de Gladis Torres Estvez (2009). por lo que se presenta la necesidad de elaborar y aplicar una herramienta de evaluacin de la docencia que permita conocer las deficiencias del trabajo en el aula, y mejorar la calidad de su intervencin a la hora de impartir sus clases y que no solo sea un documento que recabe la opinin de los alumnos.
