Alle nderungen im organisatorischen Bereich sowie im Prozess wurden mit dem Betriebsrat abgestimmt. Somit wird in dieser Seminararbeit nicht mehr explizit darauf eingegangen. In Pkt. 2 Das Unternehmen' beziehe ich mich auf ein fiktives Unternehmen im ITConsulting Bereich, ab Pkt. 3 auf die ProzessmanagementMethodik in einem realen Unternehmensbereich. Um meine Vorgehensweise transparenter zu gestalten und um ein Masterthesenniveau einzuhalten, wird bei manchen Begriffen auf eine fachbezogene Literaturquelle referenziert. Als Beispielprozess wurde der Mitarbeiterentwicklungsprozess und seine derzeitigen organisatorischen Probleme ausgewhlt. In diesem Prozess ist sicherzustellen, dass die Mitarbeiter Klarheit ber ihre Schlsselaufgaben haben. Dadurch kennen sie die erwarteten Ergebnisse und knnen eigenstndig darauf hinarbeiten. Eine komplette Stellenbeschreibung innerhalb des Prozesses untersttzt sie, da alle wissen, wer entscheidet, durchfhrt, mitarbeitet und zu informieren ist.1 Beim Prozess Personalmanagement durchfhren' handelt es sich um einen realen Prozess. Die 4SchritteMethode, die Analysen sowie die Prozessbeschreibungen wurden gemeinsam mit einer HRManagerin, welche auch die Prozessverantwortliche fr den Prozess Personalmanagement betreiben' ist, erstellt und erarbeitet.
