Es wurden Experteninterviews mit in Unternehmen ttigen PsychotherapeutInnen gefhrt. Die Untersuchung zeigt einen steigenden Bedarf an psychotherapeutischer Kompetenz im Umfeld von Unternehmen. Phnomene wie Burnout, Mobbing und andere psychische Leidenszustnde stellen durch alle Branchen und Hierarchieebenen hinweg ein ernst zu nehmendes Problem dar. Psychotherapeutische Kompetenz scheint jedoch derzeit hauptschlich als verdeckte Kompetenz" z.B. durch Coaches mit psychotherapeutischer Ausbildung in Unternehmen vorhanden zu sein. Psychotherapie wird als prventiv wirkende und die Persnlichkeit entwickelnde Disziplin noch wenig wahrgenommen, sondern meist ausschlielich mit Krankenbehandlung assoziiert. Fr die Berufsgruppe der PsychotherapeutInnen scheint es einer inhaltlichen und reflektiven Auseinandersetzung mit Arbeitsrealitten sowie einer verstrkten ffentlichkeitsarbeit zu bedrfen, wenn sie von Unternehmen als relevanter Partner wahrgenommen werden mchte. +++ This thesis reviews both the role of psychotherapy and the need of psychotherapeutic competence in the area of companies. The topic is explored on the background of changing working realities and new challenges for psyche and personality of employees.
