Ce travail prsente ltude et la ralisation de diffrents lments cls pour la communication quantique longue distance. Pour cela, nous tirons parti de loptique intgr sur de niobate de lithium, qui permet de mettre en exergue les proprits nonlinaire de ce matriau. Aprs une brve introduction sur linformation quantique nous permettant de mettre en avant les enjeux actuels du domaine, nous nous intressons la ralisation de trois sources de paires de photons intriqus sur les observables polarisation (2) et timebin (1), mettant aux longueurs donde des tlcommunications. Ces ralisations font parties des meilleures sources actuelles aussi bien en terme de brillance que de qualit dintrication mesure, le tout alliant compacit et simplicit dutilisation. Dans un second temps, nous prsentons llaboration et la mise en oeuvre dun relais quantique entirement intgr. Pour cette ralisation, nous avons merg au sein dun mme composant, pour la premire fois, deux effets nonlinaires, lun optiqueoptique pour la gnration de paires de photons intriqus, et lautre lectrooptique pour le routage contrlable des photons.
