A new edition of the bestselling title with a new design, new photography, and updated information. The Pueblo Indians of New Mexico have a long tradition of oral storytelling, and also of figurative pottery. These two traditions came together in the 1960s when a potter created a figure of a Pueblo man with five children on his lap, inspired by her grandfather who passed his culture to his children and grandchildren through storytelling. In this book, art dealer Mark Bahti covers the tradition of storytelling, the process of producing clay figures, and shares stories from many of the Pueblos. 46 color photographs

This third edition of Pueblo Stories is a treasure. The storytelling is rich and the illustrations are vibrant. It's perfect for both kids and adults. We read it together as a family and it's sparked so many great discussions!

A Beautiful Collector's Item
I bought the third edition of Pueblo Stories for my grandmother who loves storytelling. The illustrations are stunning and really bring the stories to life. It's a beautifully made book, and I can see it becoming a cherished item in our family for years to come!

Beautiful, but Mixed Feelings
While the stories in this edition are captivating, I found the layout a bit cluttered. The illustrations are fantastic, but it made reading a bit of a challenge for me. Still, I appreciate the effort put into the collection.

Not What I Expected
I was looking forward to this edition, but it arrived with a few pages bent. The content is great, but the physical condition was disappointing. I hope the next copy will be better packaged for shipping.
