Aquaculture is one of the most profitable business, but now it is becoming as a challenging one for the farmers. This is because of the high production cost and the low shrimp rate. To avoid these huddles, this work was executed in bringing down the production cost. Feed cost play a major part in the total production cost of the shrimp. So to bring down the feed cost, it was formulated by replacing Lecithin with Lysoforte in the composition of the feed. Lysoforte is a cheaper ingredient which is same as the Lysoforte which is a costly ingredient. This formulated feed not only reduces the cost of the feed but also gives more survival persentage than the commercial feed and finally this work gives a clear idea to make the shrimp culture profitable.
