What is special about this new book, the fruit of a weeklong intermonastic dialogue held at New Camaldoli Hermitage in Big Sur, California, is the inclusion (in addition to Zen Buddhism and Hinduism) of the Chinese traditions of Taoism, Confucianism, and Chan Buddhism.
