Este libro presenta los hallazgos de cinco PyMEs, quienes revelan en primer lugar, la identificacin de seis determinantes que impulsaron su competitividad; y en segundo lugar, aunque muestran una decisin unnime por competir a travs del uso de sus recursos y capacidades distintivos (tecnologa de la estructura productiva y sistema de administracin), han seguido estrategias diferentes para sostener su ventaja competitiva.
