Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei die Frage, wie komplexe Dienstleistungsbndel durch den Nachfrager wahrgenommen werden und ob alle Teilleistungen eines komplexen Dienstleistungsbndels in gleichem Mae geeignet sind, die Dienstleistungsqualitt zu beeinflussen. Dieser mehrstufige Ansatz wird abschlieend einer empirischen Prfung unterzogen und es werden Empfehlungen fr die Forschung und Praxis des Qualittsmanagements komplexer Dienstleistungsbndel abgeleitet.
