About the Author Die Herausgeber: Manfred Albring wurde 1943 in Bochum geboren. Studium der Humanmedizin an der Universitt Marburg. Bei der Schering Deutschland GmbH ist er Leiter Gesundheitswesen. Er ist u. a. Mitglied der Arbeitsgemeinschaft fr dermatologische Forschung, der Deutschen Pharmakologischen Gesellschaft und des Kuratoriums der Deutschen Herzstiftung. Eberhard Wille wurde 1942 in Berlin geboren. Nach dem Dipl.Examen 1966 an der Universitt Bonn, der Promotion 1969 und der Habilitation 1973 an der Universitt Mainz, ist er seit 1975 Professor fr Volkswirtschaftslehre und Finanzwissenschaft an der Universitt Mannheim. Er ist u. a. Mitglied des Wissenschaftlichen Beirats beim Bundesministerium fr Wirtschaft und des Sachverstndigenrates fr die konzertierte Aktion im Gesundheitswesen.
