August 1338, auf dem Hoftag zu Frankfurt, von Ludwig IV. verkndetem "Licet Juris" und zum anderen von einem Auszug aus dem Sitzungprotokoll der preuischen Nationalversammlung vom 12.10.1848. Zu beiden Quellen wurde jeweils eine Exegese erstellt. Das "Licet Juris" wurde unter anderem unter den Gesichtspunkten des kanonischen und des rmischen Rechts, dem Verhltnis des Kaisers zum Papst und zu den Kurfrsten, sowie der Begrndung der kaiserlichen Macht und des Gottesgnadentums untersucht. Die Exegese der zweiten Quelle, das Sitzungsprozokoll der preuischen Nationalversammlung von 1848, bezieht sich ebenfalls auf die Bedeutung des Gottesgnadentums, sowie auf die Legitimation und Ausbung von Herrschaft in verschiedenen Epochen; Hochmittelalter, Sptmittelalter und bergang zur Neuzeit, Absolutismus und Aufklrung. Weiterhin wird der Gesellschaftsvertrag in Verbindung mit der preuischen Verfassung dargestellt. Schlielich wird auf frhere Verfassungen Deutschlands und deren Legitimation eingegangen. Abgerundet werden beide Exegesen mit einer kurzen Erluterung zur Fortwirkung der Quelle.
