The study to analyze difference and similarities, of Cucumber varieties which are available locally. In this study we found that the varieties phenotipicaly appear similar but genetically they are different. We tried with 12 different random primers among these OPA19 produced maximum number of bands with good amplification.Totally we obtained 300 bands. Random amplified polymorphism among the varieties.
