This handbook really helped me understand how to encourage my child to try new foods. The stage-by-stage guide was super useful, especially for planning meals! My little one is starting to be more adventurous with eating, and I feel more confident as a parent. Definitely worth a read!

Disappointing content, not what I expected
Honestly, I hoped for more practical tips rather than general guidelines. Some sections felt too vague for me, and I didn’t find it helpful at all. My child is still the same picky eater. I was hoping for more concrete strategies to implement. Wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for specific solutions.

Helpful but not all advice works
I found some parts of the book really insightful, especially the tips on making food fun. However, a few suggestions didn’t work for my kid and just led to frustration. Still, I appreciate the effort the author put into creating this guide. It’s got some gems!
