I liked some parts of the book, especially the sections about anxiety management. However, I was hoping for more practical exercises. It’s a good read but didn’t entirely hit the mark for me personally.

Great insights, but a bit fluffy
I appreciated the insights on postpartum anxiety, but some sections felt a little repetitive. It’s comforting to know others feel the same, but I wanted more concrete advice. Still a decent read!

Not for everyone
I was really excited to read this, but I struggled with some of the concepts. It might be better for those already familiar with mindfulness techniques. It’s well-written, just not my style.
