Rumlichkeiten, Gebude und (Weg) Strecken nehmen in dem Roman Das Schloss' einen groen Stellenwert ein. Trotz genauen Lesens ist es dem Leser jedoch nicht mglich, sich einen topografischen berblick ber die rumlichen Verhltnisse in dem Roman zu verschaffen. Nun ergibt sich die Frage, worauf dies zurckzufhren ist, welche Ordnungsmechanismen vorherrschen, wenn es sich nicht um topographische Einheiten' handelt und warum dieser Art der Raumdarstellung eine solche Wichtigkeit zukommt. Im Folgenden soll zunchst versucht werden, die Rume darzustellen und zu charakterisieren. Danach werden Verbindungen zwischen Rumen und einzelnen Figuren aufgezeigt, sowie einige sich daraus ergebende gesellschaftliche Mechanismen in der Schloss Dorf Gemeinde dargestellt. Es soll versucht werden, gesellschaftliche Hierarchien in Verbindung zu Rumlichkeiten herauszufiltern.
