Sie gibt einen berblick ber die empirische Befundlage und die theoretischen Modellvorstellungen als Grundlage perzeptiver und sprachlicher Lokalisationen und zeigt, dass rumliche zugleich auch als kategoriale Bezugssysteme dienen knnen. Die Autorin kommt zu dem Ergebnis, dass die Richtung als qualitativ variierende Attributdimension aufgefasst werden kann.
