I bought this Ready Set R.E.L.A.X program for my two children who often feel overwhelmed. The relaxation techniques and activities are really engaging, and I've noticed them feeling much calmer after using it. It's definitely a valuable resource for building their self-esteem!

Nice concept, but not very engaging
I had high hopes for the Ready Set R.E.L.A.X program, but my kids didn’t really connect with it. The ideas are good for relaxation and self-esteem, but they found most of the activities boring. Maybe it’s just not their style.
