This book covers a lot of ground in real estate, but some parts felt a bit dry to me. It's packed with information, which is great, but I wish the examples were more engaging. Still, I learned a lot about property laws and market dynamics!

Not What I Expected
I was looking for something more advanced, but 'Real Estate Principles' felt too basic for my needs. There are some good insights, but I had hoped for more depth on investment strategies. Okay for beginners, but not for seasoned pros.
