I thoroughly enjoyed this exploration of Kalanga elites and their influence in Botswana. The writing was clear, and the insights were thought-provoking. Highly recommend it to anyone interested in public anthropology.

Not What I Expected
I had high hopes for this book but found it to be a bit dry. The anthropological approach doesn't resonate with me as much as I thought it would. Maybe it’s just not my style. Would be better with more personal stories.
